We plan and run your clients' trips on the ground

One local partner in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Eswatini and Mozambique. We plan the trip, book the hotels, lodges, safaris and transport, and run it day by day — at confidential STO rates, under your brand, with someone who answers the phone at 2am.

Services

Everything between the airport arrival and the flight home

One company answers for the whole trip on the ground, instead of you chasing a different supplier in every town.

Itinerary Design & Costing

Multi-country programmes priced in your currency, with clear STO rates, seasonality notes and margin room built in.

Ground Handling & Logistics

Airport representation, road transfers, charter sequencing and cross-border movements under one operating file.

Accommodation Contracting

Contracted rates and allocations across lodges, camps and city hotels in all seven countries we operate in.

Guided Touring & Activities

Licensed driver-guides and specialist guides, with activity blocks confirmed before deposit deadlines.

Groups, MICE & Incentives

Site inspections, venue sourcing, delegate transport plans and on-site dispatch teams for larger movements.

24/7 Operations Desk

A real duty phone answered by an operator with access to your file, driver locations and supplier contacts.

Sample programmes

Starting points, not fixed packages

We run each of these trips regularly. Use one as a starting point and we will change it to suit your clients and their budget.

How it works

Request, quote, book, pay

A person prices every request. We do not show automatic prices or pretend to know which lodge rooms are free right now.

  1. 01

    You send us a request

Tell us the dates, the pickup and drop-off and how many people. Two minutes, no card details, no obligation.

  2. 02

We check it and send a price

A real person checks the cars, drivers and rooms, then emails you a written quote. Prices are worked out by hand, not by a computer.

  3. 03

You say yes and we book it

Approve the quote and we book the drivers and suppliers, send your vouchers and put the job on our daily board.

  4. 04

    You pay and we drive

We invoice your account or send bank details. Paying by card online is not available yet.

For outbound decision-makers

One contract, one team, seven countries

What travel agents and tour operators tell us matters most when choosing a local partner.

Confidential STO rates

Net pricing in ZAR, USD, EUR or GBP. Your selling price and margin are never disclosed or undercut.

White-label proposals

Proposals, itineraries and travel documents issued under your brand, ready to forward to the client.

FIT and group handling

Individual honeymoon files and 40-pax incentive movements handled by the same team, on the same terms.

Multi-country itineraries

Cape Town to the Delta to the Falls quoted as one file, with the border legs and permits ours to solve.

Transport included

SavannahLink Transfers operates the ground movement, so the road legs are not subcontracted away.

Local operational support

Named programme designer in office hours, duty desk after hours, and people on the ground in each country.

Agency onboarding

How agency onboarding works

Four steps, mostly by email, with no obligation. Most agencies are booking with us within a week.

  1. 01

    Introduce your agency

Tell us where your clients come from, the kind of trips you sell and which countries. Email is the quickest way in.

  2. 02

    Trade access approved

We check that you are in the trade, then send the trade pack, the price list and your contact people.

  3. 03

    First brief, quoted properly

Send us a real request and a planner prices it, so you can see our prices and our paperwork.

  4. 04

    Working rhythm

A named planner, agreed reply times and someone to call while your guests are travelling.

Book a 15-minute introduction

We prefer email first — write to trade@savannahlink.com — and we will send times for a short scheduled call if it would help.

Request for proposal

Send us a brief

Send us the basics and a planner will email you a priced trip within two working days. Trade only — we never quote your clients directly.

  • STO rates in ZAR, USD, EUR or GBP
  • Confidential — your client stays your client
  • Multi-country routings priced as one file
  • Familiarisation trips for contracted partners

Reviewed and quoted by a person — no automated pricing or availability.
