Light safari aircraft on a bush airstrip in the Okavango Delta with guests and luggage being loaded

Air & charter

Flights and air charters across Southern Africa

We move guests by air as well as by road. Scheduled sectors run on Airlink, FlySafair and Air Botswana; light-aircraft charters into the Okavango Delta and Chobe airstrips run with Mack Air out of Maun and Kasane. Every arrival is met by our own driver, so the air leg and the ground leg are one plan.

Scheduled airlines

The carriers we book most

We are not an airline and we do not pretend to be one. We book the sector that actually works with your ground plan, and we hold the driver when it moves.

Charter flights

Okavango Delta and Chobe charters with Mack Air

Most Okavango camps have no road access at all. Light aircraft out of Maun and Kasane are the only practical way in, and camp-to-camp hops keep a fly-in safari from losing a day to a transfer.

Charter operator

Mack Air

Our charter partner for light-aircraft flights into the Okavango Delta and remote Botswana camps.

How we handle the air leg

Why book the flight through us

We ticket and we meet the aircraft

Booking a flight is the easy part. We build the connection window, hold the driver on arrival and re-plan the road leg when a sector slips.

Air and road quoted together

Fly-in itineraries come back as one quote: the sector, the transfer at each end, park fees where they apply and the meet-and-greet.

Charters priced per aircraft

Okavango and Chobe charters are quoted per aircraft and routing once we know passenger numbers, weights and camp airstrips.

One duty desk for the whole day

Delay, diversion or a missed bush strip — the same Midrand operations desk that runs your transfers handles the recovery.

Tell us the routing and dates. Charters are quoted per aircraft, so passenger numbers matter.
