A customisable South Africa and Botswana itinerary agencies can re-cut

The most re-sold structure we operate pairs South Africa's variety with one Botswana water experience. Here is the frame, and the four levers that change its price.

The frame

Use this as a base and we will re-cut it to your client profile and budget.

  • Nights 1–4: Cape Town and the winelands, private guiding, one flexible weather day.
  • Nights 5–7: Greater Kruger private reserve, flying Cape Town to the lowveld.
  • Nights 8–11: Okavango Delta via Maun, one water camp and one land camp.
  • Night 12: Maun or Johannesburg departure, depending on the long-haul carrier.

Four levers, in the order we pull them

When a quote comes back above budget, we would rather change the camp than shorten the trip. Fewer nights in more places is the fastest way to make a Southern Africa programme feel rushed.

  • Delta camp tier — the largest single swing in the whole itinerary.
  • Private guiding in Cape Town, moved to scheduled where the client allows.
  • Kruger reserve choice, keeping the private-reserve experience but changing the property.
  • Season: shoulder dates change both rate and water levels in the Delta.

What stays yours

The proposal is issued white-label on request, on confidential STO rates, so your margin and your client relationship stay yours. We contract the accommodation, guiding, activities and the road legs, and operate the ground movement through SavannahLink Transfers.

Send a brief and a programme designer will cost it properly — email first, and we will offer times for a short call if it would help.
